10/10
I tell ya what, the location was just perfect for seein’ all the Christmas Markets—hit six of ‘em in two days just by walkin’! The folks here were real friendly and the breakfast sure did hit the spot each mornin'. Just needed a bit more parking time, but overall, everything else was solid.

Spacious room with ample storage and nice lighting. Immaculate bathroom stocked with several shelves.
Old floors creak with every step and thin walls let you hear neighbors walking by. Bathroom's water heating system is questionable, and the pillow resembles cotton balls more than anything useful. Logistically troublesome with bed placement next to a wall, limiting movement for one sleeper.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful local recommendations, which made exploring Vienna much easier.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it quite uncomfortable during hot days.

Family Friendly Experience
The hotel is located in a charming area full of little shops and cool cafes. Plus, they offer hot and cold drinks with cakes in the evening, a sweet touch after a long day.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but still decent enough for the comfort.

The double room was cozy and had a clean vibe. I liked that the heating worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, which helped me sleep well after long days out. The bathroom was nice and spacious, but the pillows were pretty uncomfortable, definitely need an upgrade. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff were super nice! Overall, a solid stay.

The location was fantastic, with major attractions within walking distance. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, offering a variety of choices. The staff made a difference, always helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to assist with a lost item. However, the room decor felt a bit dated, which might not appeal to everyone, and parking had some limitations that could be improved.
